Arranged to have someone from Bigfish Automation come to my house to help with a Sonos system for the house as well as 3 televisions with sound bars and sub woofers. Spenser and his assistant Ray were great. Spenser was very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to me. They expertly and very efficiently sorted things out . I was extremely pleased with the work that they did. I give them a very high recommendation.

This is where the good stuff is! Home theater stuff from projectors to seating; you can experience various products to help you make a good choice. The staff is polite, informed, and helpful. When you need support for something you bought you'll find it here. Highly recommended! PS: if you are looking for "fun," JellyFish Lighting shares the same office space 🙂

I've been working with Big Fish Automation for around a year now to assist me in building my home theater and take care of my Control4 system. I cannot say enough good things about Big Fish Automation and (more specifically) working with Patrick. They are super detailed and ALWAYS follow up when I've had a question or asked them to check into something for me which is an enormous plus! Something else that greatly impressed me is that they remember details about you, your system and setup even if you haven't spoken with them in a while which I think shows just how important their clients are to them. I've worked with several other AV companies here in the Salt Lake Valley and there's nothing like Big Fish Automation! I can wholeheartedly recommend Big Fish Automation for any of your AV needs.

These guys are amazing in everything they do. They just finished my home theater and it is the best. I was not pressured to spend more money any time during the process. They also have done my whole home audio and that was a great experience as well. I trust them 100%.

I was referred to Big Fish from the guys in our IT department at the Company where I work. Called and was transferred to Jeff. He listened as I walked him through what I was looking for and when I needed their help. Had a bit of a tight window on timing but Jeff managed to fit me into their install schedule. Jayme was on time and did an outstanding job with the installation. Really happy with the high quality of his work and, like Jeff, Jayme was great to work with. Two thumbs up for these guys and Big Fish Automation. I'll be working with them again on the next phase of the install so will add to this review once Phase II is completed.

These guys are the best of the best. They spent 20 hours in my home fixing everything that everyone else on the planet could not. I mean cable guys, internet guys, geek squad all failed...and these guys came out and resolved it all. They are knowledgeable and have solutions. My internet works now as it should and there are no dead spots throughout the house, speeds are what I am paying for at all pints throughout the house, my theatre system works appropriately with cutting edge tools...and BIG FISH walked me through each level of cost to give me great options for decision making and some options I made through them and some I made through other sources and they installed it for me at an hourly rate. I cannot say enough good things about these guys...professionalism was tip top and communication was effective and on cue. This can be so rare in this day and age and BIG FISH is as good as it gets...cannot say enough good things and I am a straight shooter. Thanks so much guys...I will certainly spread the word!!!

Some of the best customer service I have received! They installed my jelly fish lights and have been great to work with to fix some issues I have had, even though they didn't have to, they did it because it was the right thing to do. Love the product and the company is great!
